- Added a ground plane - widened the VDD lines - Connected all the new pins - Removed all tracks with GND, since they now connect to the groundplane. - Added vias to connect islands. - Added vias to transfer heat from the bottom pad of the chip. - Added some vias to reduce EMI. |
