SimpleRigidBody::GetNormal returned wrong results.
Second bounce impulse in OnPossibleCollision, should be subtracted
instead of added.

Is all inline thus no expensive API calls, as intended.
Will be expanded to move API call methods from Physics::ICustomBody to
it.
